Would RecommendI have always used the pre-mixed grout, I wasn't sure I could get the same results with mixing water and this powder together and getting the same consistency in the mix. Actually worked well, and was easy to mix. Which is great because the mix is offered in many more colors than the pre-mix, and costs much less to buy.

Exactly as expected...
Would RecommendGoes on smooth. Used it on glazed subway tiles. The best method that worked for me was to do about 5 feet of backsplash at a time. This would allow it to rack up a little bit so it wouldn’t run out of the joints while wiping. Then one wipe across and let it sit. Once it started drying, I would take the sponge and remove the haze from the tiles. Finished evenly and nice uniform color throughout.
