[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this mop since it was first released. No problems whatsoever. I've never bought pads. I just use a clean microfiber and fill with water. I spray a little diluted Mr Clean multipurpose cleaner here and there as I mop and my floors come out amazing from my hardwood, ceramic tile and laminate floors. In a house with 3 dogs.... Impressive

Bissell doesn't care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obviously a lot of people still own 6639 and don't want to a) contribute to landfill by throwing away a perfectly good mop just because the manufacturer wants them to pay yet more money for their new product. I mean what else am I to do with it?? Can't give it away or donate it, because it's been rendered useless by Bissell b) spend $50 for 4 pads in some overpriced kit c) spend hard earned money to replace a perfectly functional mop d) use rew...

Not well-constructed

Loved the Swiffer at first, cleans well, great steam power-- but then the button on the handle to get the steam broke. My husband tried a couple times to fix it but no luck.

I would and have bought this product again and again

I love this product but an extremely upset that it has been discontinued. I HATE having to wash steam pads, especially when I could go through two pads a week, sometimes more. That is exactly why I loved this product - easy to use, and NO PADS TO WASH. Just mop, then toss the pad. I'm having such a hard time finding an appropriate replacement for this DISCONTINUED product because it is extremely inefficient to continuously be washing mop pads.

I would Not buy this product!

Liked it. But now I can not find pads to fit it. bottom line do not buy a SWIFFER or Bissell product. The product was good but now I will have to trash unless I can find a pad to fit it.

great improvement longer cord more steam

live in the country. dirt roads, Wind and surrounded by desert. 3 dogs are icing on the cake. We give our floor care tools a workout

Fantastic until the trigger breaks

This product really penetrated deep, and I felt good not using a bunch of chemicals to clean my floors as I try to avoid them anywhere the dog may potentially lick. I LOVED this product as it is compact, lightweight and really cleans up. Until the trigger broke unexpectedly and I cannot find a replacement part. My partner and I will be purchasing something that, while more expensive outright will have a warranty and not need to be replaced annually as so many reviews say

Trigger broke

After using this for about 3 years the trigger broke, took it part and there is no way to fix it. Was going to buy another until I read these reviews that the trigger keeps breaking . Thanks I wont be wasting any money on this product. Plus it gets expensive buying the pads. I have a steamer with cloth and I can wash it over and over. Going to stick with that..

Good product for quick cleaning

Great for a quick cleaning ...works well on ceramic and washable laminate flooring...pad doesn't come off. Only thing is that here in Ontario, Canada no longer available...would like to get more steam boost pads. Could I use regular Swiffer wet pads?

I love this stem mop. My daughter loves it more than me she actually mops without being asked. Cleans wonderfully. But the however. I have 2 they both have the same issue. They no longer produce steam.. We have cats and the extra bust of heat helps get any hair up. And they are no longer sold where I purchased them both. So while it works its great.

Not sure! Having a difficult time acquiring the refill pads.

I use the product in the bathroom and kitchen. Depending on the floor, sometimes two pads are needed. It is good that the pads are disposable. It is now difficult that to get the refill pads as Bissell does not sell them on its website. This leads me to believe that the product may be discontinues.

4 years old and loving it

I have had mine for 4 years with no issues. I even lent it to my mother for 6 months of this time. Still works amazing.

Trigger broke

Product worked good until trigger broke. Not much steam comes out. No longer works.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I LOVE this product. Had it for years. Simple, easy to use - heats up in seconds. Rooms are fresh and clean! One fill-up cleans my living room, dining room, kitchen, hall and bathroom.
