Wand fall apart

Swiffer's new heavy duty dusters need to go back to the lab for usability testing. I've been dusting for 10 minutes with the new Swiffer (I've used the old version for years), and the duster has come off the wand once and the handle has come off the duster twice! That's a major aggravation.

Don't bother

Got the heavy duty starter kit. There are no instructions on how to attach the duster to the handle, so I assume you just slip it in. It slips out as soon as you start dusting. Either the product is missing instructions, or it's just bad. What a waste of my money.

Collects all the dust you hate

This works wonders. Gets into tiny places and collects dust like I collect ex girlfriends. Fits comfortably in my hands and it’s cheap. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I like it

this product is not as good as you say so

when you apply the duster to the handle, the handle sticks out of the top of the duster and it scratch both of my tv screens. and when you adjust the duster, it does not completely cover the handle so you are not getting the full affect of the duster at all. and the picture on the box shows the duster full and fluffy and its never is full and fluffy when you follow the directions.

Product is horrible. As you are dusting handle always comes out of the dust pad.

Nope

Putting on the new or clean sleeve is an impossible task. Definitely not worth the money.

360 duster

Swiffers 360 duster works so good for those hard to get areas. It is very convenient , sturdy, and a handy cleaning tool that extends three feet! You really can't go wrong!

Slips Out

I have been using this for years. I just wish that it didn’t slip from the holder so easily. My very first one had little bumps that held the pad way better.

Many uses before needing a new one and Swiffers up everything in its path!!

I love the swiffer dusters! All of them! Need to dust in a hurry grab it an go! It picks everything up and doesn’t leave anything behind. I can usually get many uses out of one before switching for a new one. I have dogs with long hair and it works great to just swiff around and do a quick touch up!

Is NOT WHAT I WANTED

I was thinking this would be at least “get the job done “ I was so far from wrong ! I could had done the same with a paper towel! I tried to return it with no avail and only encountered problems. I ended up throwing it on a shelf and EVERYTIME I look at it I’m disappointed that I spent money on it !

Moves dust as opposed to trapping dust

I do not find that these 'trap' dust. My microfiber cloth works better. The Swiffer dusters 'move' dust.

The new handle design is no good.

The duster cloths are great but the handle is not! The old version was better because it actually held onto the duster. They just slide off the new handle. Very annoying and doesn't make dusting easier.

Disappointed

I have become very disappointed with Swiffer Dusters. I loved them for years but now they are thin and flimsy. Half the quality they used to be.

Works well

The swiffer duster works well at picking up dust. It can be a little pricey, but they work pretty well. The extender handle is helpful as well. Makes dusting easier

Simple tool to deep clean

I use my swiffers all the time. What I love the most about this, is the long handle, so I am able to dust ceiling corners and walls, ceiling fan blades, mini blinds, etc. Everyone needs one of these in their home.

THIS PRODUCT NEED MORE R & D

WHEN YOU ATTACH THE DUSTER TO THE HANDLE IT GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE END AND COMES OUT THE OTHER END ( THE PLASTIC STICKS PAST THE END OF THE CLOTH DUSTER, WHEN IT DID THAT IT SCRATCHED MY TV SCREEN) I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT.

Versatile, kid-friendly, and durable cleaning tool

The swiffer with the extender handle is wonderful for places that are hard to reach. The kids like to use it to help dust when doing chores. It is good value for the money. It is durable.

Good but not great

I use these to help keep the dust and dog hair to a minimum in my home. They do a good job and picking it up, but it doesn’t hold onto the debris very easily and I need to repeat sweep over areas

Doesn't work

Just moves dust around, doesn't pick it up. Not fluffy like the picture on box.
