Missing a key part, had to ship back

Totally worth it, just for gutter cleaning alone!

I purchased this so I could clean my 2nd story gutters. I’ll probably do the whole house some day, but just keeping the gutters clean makes this thing worth every penny! My only “cons” would be that it can be a little “wobbly” when fully extended, but that could honestly just need some adjustments. But, the “shoulder strap” is kind of a pain, but absolutely necessary! Long story short, I wouldn’t let either of those 2 things discourage me from recommending it!

Great tool for cleaning tall items

I loved the device when I first seen it! After using the device to clean some gutters and soffit, it works well. I can say the wand gets a little heavy over time and you will need to use the strap to ease the strain on your arms. I loved it when using on the lower gutter around the garage, and it can take some time to get used to controlling the wand when extending the entire 18' up. High quality extension wand

This pressure washer extension wand is very well made and easy to adjust. This one uses a cam latch style to hold the extensions in place vs others that use a twisting compression latch. The wand extends high enough to do my second story and gutters. The angle adjustable head is very nice and easy to dial in where you need it. Connection issues, but a solid solution

This was a terribly hard review for me to do. I hope I do a reasonable job explaining this. For whatever reason under no circumstances could I use my son Joe pressure washer, which I have two of it's the SPX 3000, to hook up to this unit. The hose on the Sun Joe that would connect to the wand is simply incompatible. I simply don't know if Sun Joe uses a different hose than other pressure washers or not. low expectations won again

Seems like it would work well untill you assemble it and realize you can't control where your wand goes. Others were correct on missing parts as well. I grabbed a sealed box and it was still missing a washer in the trigger piece. Returned immediately for a full refund. Pretty sad when a $200 tool is missing a $2 washer let alone the 3 hours you wasted dealing with it

Make pressure washing jobs easier with this tool

Be advised that you have to assemble this tool every single pole by pole while sliding the hose through each pole. After assemble which takes about ten minutes the pole adjust to various lenghts from being as short as shot 3 feet to 18 feet. This product was for personal usage. My husband will use this mostly around our house. Product came packaged great. Each section was wrapped in plastic and zip tied. My husband thought it was pretty easy to put together. I’m confident he didn’t even glance at the instructions. This pressure washer wand is a lifesaver for anyone with 2 stories. I have a 3100psi gas pressure washer and it worked perfectly with it. The wand has 6 pieces that extend out to 18 feet and it was enough for my 2 story house. This is an very nice product. When I first saw this telescoping wand, I knew immediately that this is what I needed to clean out the C-Purlings in my carport. Assembly was very easy right out of the box. In just a few minutes I was using my new product. Not for heavy pressure. Soaking is all u can use

It was extremely difficult to use extended with anything other than the soaker nozzle. If you add any kind of stronger pressure extended. It will get away from you. I ended up returning it

Perfect solution to reach the second story siding, soffit and gutters. The wand is surprisingly lightweight but very sturdy. It’s well balanced and easy to manipulate, even while spraying. I was only cleaning a small portion of the siding so I didn’t really need the shoulder strap. It was light enough to use for about 20 minutes.
