I will give it a 5 star especially for the cost I would expect it to cost much more. I am a 58 year old woman that put it together myself , It is packaged with step by step directions being packaged and marked separately. The seat glides smoothly and the pull strap works great. I just put in together last night but so far it's a great inexpensive rowing machine for my needs.

I have used it for a week and so far I am very happy with it. I wanted something that worked more muscle groups than I was using with my treadmill (walking). I am 72.

Good value,easy Assembly . The only thing that isn’t good Is the tension. I put on 8 setting ,it’s just not tight enough..

First time rowing! Love it!

This is a great machine for a beginner like me. Affordable, easy to assemble and wet up, and sturdy. I like that it folds up and that I wheel it around my space easily. It's not super fancy, but it gets the job down. And I REALLY like rowing. Who knew?

I am pleased with the

I am pleased with the purchase of this rower and definitely feel my workouts afterwards, even on the very lowest setting. A perfect bike for me would offer a seat back, more padded comfortable seat, and the seat would sit higher up off the ground for ease in getting on it. I am 68 yrs old with a bad back and it's not comfortable getting on or off this machine with it sitting so low.

I think this rowing machine is great for the price. I was afraid to put it together myself but I did it!. The instructions were very good and I liked how the tools and parts were labeled with each step.

The highest and hardest resistance setting is not nearly hard enough to get a great workout in. I would say it's a good machine for fitness beginners, or for an easier type of workout.

The building instructions were very simple. The machine is a little plasticy looking coming out of the box so I was a little worried. But it feels solid and my first work out on it was smooth and quiet. Seems to be a great option at the lower price tag. Good quality good value.
