This rower is built to last and very quiet. It is more for a beginner or entry level rower. The resistance levels do not change much from low to high and seem easy on the highest level. The LCD display is small and does not track the miles, only counts, time and calories. Other than that, it is an affordable option.

Love, love, love it! It was easy to set up, thanks to my husband, and he's also using it. We're both in our seventies and not really big on exercising, but this rowing machine is easy and fun to use. Oh, and we can get on and off with no problem .......yahoo!!

It is designed to work in shoes only. no option to workout in your basement room without shoes. The size of foot holders is giant. And it slides back and forth on the laminate floor

It's a good at home
It's a good at home piece of exercise equipment. Rowing machines really do workout your whole body. This is of good quality, easy to use and my husband put it together in about 20 minutes. It's not top of the line but I did research and this rowing machine got high praise in all areas for being budget friendly.

Nicely made seems to work
Nicely made seems to work just fine. My only complaint is the small almost unreadable print at the bottom left hand corner of the screen showing what phase of the workout is running.

Not enough tension (lvl 10 comparable to level 2-3
Not enough tension when on max. Feels like a potentially good cardio with lots of reps but not satisfying enough on the pull. (Similar to level 2-3 at most gyms) The build quality seems good for the price, fairly quiet, easy enough to assemble. To fold, it is a bit annoying because you have to pull a pin, completely unscrew a bolt, then replace the pin again. Wishing I paid more attention to the other reviews on the lack of tension.
