Assembly was relatively easy, seems pretty sturdy, works as described, gives a good stretch in arms and back, now if I can just get my wife to use it more....

I am a 74 year

I am a 74 year old woman who is recuperating from an illness that weakened my entire body. This machine is strengthening my body and allowing me to enjoy a quality of life. I started the exercise slowly and my energy has increased and I am most thankful to the developing of this exercise machine! Elaine :)

I find it very hard

I find it very hard on the knees so I dont get much use out of it Im diappointed.

OMG, best workout ever!

I suffer from Fibromyalgia so, many workouts are uncomfortable for me and I own so many pieces of equipment that I cant use. This is by far the best workout I've ever had, no stress on joints and works out over 80% of your muscles. Well worth it.

I really like this rower.

I really like this rower. A good workout! Only thing that could make it better is if there could be an inbetween of the intensity between having one cord attached, which is a little too easy, and 2 cords attached, which is a little too hard.

Very happy with this workout equipment

I love it! I live in a small studio apartment and this machine takes up very little space. I don't even feel the need to fold it, though I could. It gives me a good workout- without having to do all the prep work required to go outside or to a gym. And it really wasn't too expensive for workout equipment!

Great rowing machine, I’ve had

Great rowing machine, I’ve had my Row and Ride for 2 weeks now and I can tell a difference in my thighs, knee’s and back. I would recommend this machine if you are looking to strengthen your core muscles and knees. This machine takes the pressure off your knees while providing a excellent squat workout. Great investment

Easy To Use, Great Workout

I really like the Upright Row and Ride. Easily assembled. I started with all 3 resistance bands on, but it was too much for a beginner so I unhooked one. It’s not as easy as it looks if you’re not in good shape. I also have knee issues so less resistance removed some of the pressure around the knees. It doesn’t work the glutes as much as a normal squat, so you have to remember to “squeeze” your buttocks to develop those muscles, it’s not automatic. It does work the arms, thighs, and lower abdome...

Love this row N ride machine best purchase I ever made ! Very sturdy and strong not flimsy at all, well made. I would difenitly recommend this to anyone. I use this work out machine after I do my long walks and I'm loving my results. :blush: 2 thumbs up!

A fun workout machine

So far it’s been two weeks and I can really feel my muscles being worked. This machine was easy to assemble and very easy to use. It’s fun actually! Can’t wait to start seeing results.

The day I received it

The day I received it my husband and I put it together. I think I overdid it because I was sore for 4 days! I am taking it slower now and just doing the easy workout for the first few times. Today I am going to try the Medium intensity workout from your website.
