Hinges Rust and no Customer Service
Would Not RecommendThe lid shocks rusted after a couple of years. Called Customer Service numerous times but kept getting "there was no one available to answer my call" on all the options presented. Did converse with the BOT. Was told to go to the parts page. I replied the shocks are not listed on that page. The reply was to contact customer service. I wonder if the BOT starts smoking out its "ears" by the end of the day (ala Star Trek). It must have also seen the movie "Catch 22".
