Would Not RecommendWebsite said this would support 25# but package said it would only support 10#. Won't support weight of hanging plant. Package was jammed into pickup locker and I had to pry it out!!! Another wasted trip to Lowe's.

Would Not RecommendI’m not sure if it’s because the inside of where the hook connects to threaded rod is painted or if the one I received is just faulty but the hook will not screw onto the threaded rod that connects to the toggle. I tried both ends but it will not go beyond a single turn and then it gets stuck. Now I have a hole in my ceiling and a useless hook. What a waste of money
