putting the flooring down it was chipping & breaking this stuff is cheap and cheap looking . very hard to put down with out breaking the end of the flooring when putting together. DO NOT BUY I am going to try to get my money back!!

Mixed boxes

Within every box there is a plank that is no good. So for every box you may have 7 useable planks making this flooring more expensive than it should be. Nice to look at, but beware when installing. Pic of one of the planks that made it into our box that should have been thrown out. Oh, and this is definitely not my first floor install

Does not match color

Did not even take it out, the color is WAY darker than the photos. I thought they gave us the wrong flooring at first. Returning first thing tomorrow.

Very disappointed

This was the cheapest flooring I have ever put down. It kept breaking and chipping the edges as I tapped them to lock into place. I was tapping as lightly as I could. I purchased enough to do a bathroom and bedroom but after bathroom experience I was so disappointed in its preference I plan on taking the six boxes for the bedroom back. There was nothing I liked about it.

RUN

This was the worse purchase of our entire home renovation. Scratches GALORE. My kitchen is large and they are everywhere. You mop them and it never looks clean. Plus we have a CHIP in it already. It has been a nightmare and I was told by customer service today “scratches are normal wear and tear”. It’s just over a year old. Issues started pretty early on. Split, gaps after 2 weeks

I am so sad and frustrated. The color looked nice and was excited at initial install. Literally had it for 2 weeks, once granite countertops installed and appliances added, just the weight of the items has caused gaps and cracks. One of the cases came with damaged corners on some of the panels, installer said "someone probably dropped the box...." That should have been our first clue about sensitivity. SLOW

If you have time to waste schedule a curb side pick up. Every time I have done a curb side pickup its been extremely slow. No joke I could have went in shopped and paid and loaded my items before they would bring it out.

Not happy with the product. There are planks that are broken in the middle of my floor. Now I have to spend more money to have the whole floors if pulled up & replaced w new floor. Which means I have to spend thousands for install & also new flooring. Not sure what the manufacturer can do about this.
