Cracking and lifting less than 15 months later

The flooring looked beautiful when it was installed. This is for a rental property. My tenant informed me that he started noticing small cracks about 3 months ago (or 15 months after installation). The cracks eventually got big enough he decided to let me know. Not only is it cracking but also lifting in several areas. This is completely unacceptable. doesnt hold up. ends keep breaking. kind of. a nightmare to try to fix. breaks easy. does hold up for dogs and waterproof

More bang for your buck!

This flooring was exceptionally easy to install. It's quality, for the price, exceeded our expectations. The variety in the pattern did not require extra attention to the layout, making it quicker to put down. It's interlocking system made the install smooth. The result is professional looking flooring.

We purchased 65 boxes for a whole house installation, with install done contractors and home being a new build. The flooring is pretty in color but does not last. Not even 6 months in and about 1/4 of the boards have cracked down the middle and lifted or are scratched and dull. We had to replace a 10x10 section probably 2 months in for the planks cracking. Nightmare Flooring Experience (still unresolved)

We bought this flooring last year and paid for install via Lowe's. (Install via Lowe's involves another company called Service Pros). We did this to make the process easier on us and to know a big company stood behind everything. We bought this product in late 2023. After quite a few calls and measures, we finally were put on the installation schedule. Their subcontractor (Service Pros) sent out an installation crew after weeks of trying to schedule it and the guys installed the flooring. It looked great. Within 6 months, the end joints of the product began separating and lifting up. In April of 2024 we first started attempting contact with Lowe’s and subsequently Service Pros to get it fixed. I did not like that I was accused of walking without paying on the self checkout register. Clerk walked out of store snd demanded to see receipt…I refused and lady said the police was nearby…I walked away. A few days later i went to store spoke with asst mgr Chris n explained situation….he was not really interested…I called corporate and I still have yet to hear from them….

Cheap but good color

You get what you pay for. Chipped edges. Great color

It looks nothing at all like the picture. It’s more of a grayish green color! It was out of stock at my store so I ordered online and was very unhappy with the product when it arrived.
