Instructions were easy and every piece of it in great shape..

*PROBLEMS*

Several of the holes were in the wrong place or not drilled at all. Customer service was rude and largely unhelpful. Luckily for me, the one representative quite condescendingly explained how I can leave a one star rating and that should solve my problems. I just wanted a fully functioning swing.

Great Swing but hard to put together.

The swing is awesome! I have it out by the pool and it’s so nice to swing and watch the kids play in the water. They love it when the swing is made into a bed - we brought pillows out so they now think they should sleep on it at night . Lol. There are a few things to note: the directions slate so hard to read! Not just small, but the pics don’t really help so it took awhile to get it together. Also, I wish the kids could put it up and down alone but it’s too hard and takes an adult so it’s not s...

BETTER INSTRUCTIONS

Go to YouTube The Southern Gentleman when about to add the seat to the frame. Instructions totally leave out a spacer you must use. About to finish assembly after watching this YouTube video.

It Broke

We picked this up on November 4, 2022 and I was sitting (and swinging) on it for five minutes this morning and it broke. One of the holes for a bolt just broke in half. Hurt my ribs and wrist. Not happy!

Excellent swing with canopy

The swing frame is heavy duty and built to last. Seams are welded and fasteners are solid. I expect the canopy material will degrade over time and need to be replaced but given the quality of the frame, I can accept that I'll eventually need to replace the canopy material.

We loved it! Great quality! Instructions could have been more clear. It was a bit challenging to understand step 3 of installation process.

Just okay

Instructions are terrible! Cover is poorly designed and collects rainwater. Poor design of the cover, will likely not last. Also, changing from sitting to flat position and back is not a quick change.

instructions are vague

After putting it together and taking it apart 3 times, after 4 hours we finally got it assembled . Looks great , swings , turns into a SMALL bed .

assembly -- can be easy

Just finished putting this thing together.... the instructions are horrible.... but WATCH the video, it will make the whole assembly easier for you....... the key is HOW TO LOCK THE BACK so it doesn't lay down,..... unfortunately the instructions don't show it, but at 1:51 in the video, you will see the bar under the seat is held in place by a plastic fitting..... if you pull it out, then it can sit in the holders on both sides and you seat back is in place, used the big knobs on both sides to...

Not worth the cost

Let's face it. It is a cheap swing from China poorly made and the instructions are garbage. We got it put together but only because it would have been a pain to return. Not even worth 100 bucks let alone 300.

directions really vague

Excellent swing; terrible instructions

Solid product that should last many years even in the weather. Took me two evenings to put it together due to the terrible instructions with very small diagrams ( hence the 4 stars) . Once put together through some trial and error, I’m happy with the product. Cushions are excellent but not great but again, worth the cost

flimsy canopy

Canopy needs extra bracing. When it rains the water collects in the top. Make sure you store it at almost vertical so rain runs off. We added extra bracing to strengthen and support fabric. Otherwise nice swing and day bed.
