Comfortable chair, lasts a year though

I bought this chair for the armrests, and the cooling fabric seating. Its super comfortable, with a slight give to it. This is my 3rd- they only last a year in the sun/rain on the deck. The fabric ends up tearing- but it does hold up thru a whole summer. Just not into the next summer. Never had a rust problem with any that I had.

Damaged Goods

Was contacted by FedEx who suggested we don't accept the goods because they were damaged. The agent said the goods weren't packaged in a box and appeared to be used chairs. Very disappointed with Lowe's. Still waiting to get a refund because the goods are still in transit to Lowe's.

Inspect the chairs before you make your purchase.

I did not look at the chairs once I unloaded them I found one to have holes in the cloth and some bad scrapes on the frame.

Rusted Quickly - Don't purchase

We purchased these in July 2023 and by April of 2024 they had made significant rust marks on the pool deck. We tried to bring them back to the store, but were told no returns after 90 days. After seeing the multiple reviews about rust I sent an email to the address provided and nothing for a full week, so I called the number (866-439-9800) and was advised I didn't care for them properly so they weren't covered under warranty. Items came damaged and Lowe’s would not do anything to give me a partial refund or make the matter right.

Great chaise lounges, but…

Chaise lounges are great. Look awesome. One problem though, they were stored outside and started with rust in the joints. Overall, a great purchase. Would recommend.

Lasted one summer :(

These looked a lot like the inexpensive set that lasted us 8 years so we bought two loungers and 6 chairs. They looked great for the first summer but now on just their second summer they are so terribly sun stained. As other review photos have showed, the metal handles/legs get scratched easily and then rust; I expected that. But the staining is awful and unexpected. Lowes had the best price on that brand

I checked several on line and brick stores for outdoor lounge chairs. This brand I had purchased in a regular outdoor chair and was pleased with the product. I ordered 2 loungers on line to pick up in the store {Lowes}. I received notification that they were ready for pick up within 30 minutes but when I got to the store they were not ready. These lounge chairs are great! They are comfortable, very heavy (that’s a plus b/c often we get very heavy winds!) They look nice. We also bought the 3 yr warrantée

Good value. Purchased 2 for pool side.

Well made comfortable recliner

Well built recliner. Comfortable. Has metal adjustment notches which will last longer than plastic ones I have seen elsewhere. The only slight negative is that rain water pools on top of it so it takes longer to dry than my old sling chair that broke. Perhaps it's been treated with something that aids in longevity.
