Poor Fabric Quality

The fabric degraded and ended up failing. Lowe’s is not offering any replacement fabric. Now I have 4 unusable lounge chairs.

UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY - RUSTED

I purchased two and both had spots on the fabric that the associate reassured would rinse off. After analyzing when I got home the spots were actually rust marks from the chairs being stacked on top of each other and would not come clean. Unacceptable that I haven't even used this product and already rusted. Lowes associate should NEVER recommend a product that is not in new condition!!

Took weeks for refund and no delivery fee refund

Had these delivered and they were filthy. Had them replaced and the second set was even worse. Numerous grease stains and dirt.

On sale couldn't pass them up

Saw these on sale and they were very similar to the ones I have now. I wasn't really wanting to buy them now but could not pass on 60% off because I wouldn't be able to get that next season. If they hold up as long as my last ones, 4 years in Florida I'll be satisfied. Like I said they look almost exactly like mine but I wouldn't pay $140 for them. Too bad all my company is gone for the summer, they would have really got a workout with all the grandkids.

Black metal is HOT!!

Chairs are well made with great material. We’ve had them for years but the black metal gets so hot in the sun. We never use them because someone always gets burnt. Family was ready to throw them away because of the black. I painted them white and much much better. However, who wants to paint a brand new chair or at all?

No packaging and rust at welds

Great for poolside

Very comfortable whether laying on your front or back. Easy to clean. Light enough to move around but stayed in place during 50 mph winds!

We do not recommend this product

We purchased these chairs in April 2023, and by August 2024, the fabric had become brittle and torn with normal usage. Unfortunately, replacement parts are not available, making the chair frames useless. We're disappointed to have to throw them away after such a short time.

Go buy some before their gone

Great chairs, they lasted 5 years before finally failing. I went to sit down in one and the fabric tore right through. I am okay with it though as 5 years in the Las Vegas sun is quite harsh

Don't waste money on this even if it's on sale...

The chair itself is fine, comfortable and good quality. The problem is the material is so thick it doesn't let water drain through. If it rains or any water gets on it, it just sits there until it evaporates, or the chair is dumped over. It is already starting to discolor, and I have only had them for a couple of weeks.

Great Lounge chairs

Live these lounge chairs. Very comfortable and I no longer have to mess with cushions. The fabric doesn’t get super hot in the sun. I would have rated 5 stars, but all four of my chairs had a couple of oil spots on each one.
