Door broke after a few years

Roller door never stays shut. Particle board holding it together is starting to disintegrate. The top roller wheel broke.

Nice design, but Cheap

Broken in the box when we got opened it. The box had some minor crunched edges, but nothing to suspect it would be broken inside. The packaging was still all in tact as well, but the stone top was broken in several places. A wood panel on top of the packaging was also broken. I should have known this would likely be the case as the showroom display had a broken door.

Decent

I waited for 4mths for this to come back in stock bc we were updating my boys bathroom and it's a small bathroom so this was the biggest sink we could put in without our being crowded. I love the look of this, my only issue was it was damaged when it arrived. It was in the back and corners, in 2 different places and very noticeable. I could not return or replace as we were on a deadline at the time and had no choice but to keep it.

I love this vanity

Great vanity but difficult delivery

I’m very happy with the product, but it was very difficult to get it delivered through Estes and their third party. It wasn’t ok with me for them to leave a 200 pound item outside without even getting a signature. I had to make lots of phone calls to 3 different companies to coordinate the delivery.

Drawer handles break

There are no replacements for these door handles. They literally just pull off the drawer, the metal tears easily. Lowe’s is unable to replace these and claims they have replacements, yet there is nothing. Lowe’s knows this is a terrible product and will do nothing to help. Very poor quality item.

Cabinet was busted in both upper back corners. Vanity top was cracked from edge to sink back to edge

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The vanity look and quality was perfect other than it was broken on both sides when received. LOWES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! For 10 days after my original delivery date I had to call Lowes and Estes to try and find out where my vanity was. Both places had no clue where it was or what happened to it and why it hasn't been delivered because at that point it wasn't a Lowes problem it was Estes problem because they are the third party shipping company. Buyer beware

I wished I would have listened to the negative reviews. All the handles are broken, sink and counter dull now, even though I used no harsh chemicals on it. And the door does not stay closed. If I could give it zero stars for one of the worst I would. Didn’t think I would have to replace it so soon

It is all put together just have to connect the plumbing, but its heavy, well made and very nice. Delivered fast.
