Lowes Technology Does Not Work!
Product great, it's Lowes that has real problems. We have had a Lowes credit card for multiple years. Out of the blue you charge us for getting a written statement. Your new Lowes Reward System is so confusing we can't figure it out? Have talked to your customer service-NO HELP! Talked to a Lowes Rep at the store they have no clue how to get your free gifts and how to use your new system. Menards ALWAYS has Human Being working the registers-Lowes never does anymore. An interesting design that works OK. You may have to wrap some tape around a spot on the handle to keep broom, etc. from sliding down. It is not "Gray Steel", it is plastic that is steel gray in color. The mounting hardware is junk, consider replacing that immediately as I did after much frustration. Recessed mounting hole design can be a little bit of a challenge, but is secure with the right hardware.
Very handy little tool! It works as it's supposed too with no installation problems.
