Drywall screws didn't work
Would RecommendDrywall screws that came with the hanger didn't work. They just pulled out of the wall when I screwed them in, leave hokes in the drywall and the hanger not mounted.
Use different fasteners.
Would RecommendOnce installed, this is a good quality hanger. All four hollow wall anchors failed, however - they pushed on through the drywall. I happened to have some screw in E-Z Anchors that mounted it successfully. The “add photo” feature did not work.
Don't throw your money away
Would Not RecommendThis hanger looks like it would be cool. Looks are as far as it goes. It doesn't hold a simple regular-size broom. It might hold it for 30 minutes, but you'll be going about your day and hear a crash. [see picture and notice the broom] I bought this two years ago and just put it up this past weekend. If I had installed it sooner, I'd certainly take it be and get my money back. This may be the absolute worst purchase I have ever made at Lowes.

Would RecommendEasy to mount, installation hardware included. Brooms and other pole like objects are held very nicely. Only issue is the slots are pretty close together so some brooms will collide below.
Great concept, poor execution
Would Not RecommendThe concept is that there's a movable rolling pin with rubber banding to grip the handle of whatever you're hanging. The rolling pin moves up when pushed, then gravity & friction pulls it down to grab. It's a great idea, but it doesn't actually hold. The rubber slips and bunches up, my brooms & mops are constantly falling off, and I'm currently looking for a replacement.

Would RecommendEasy to install on the wall, and easy to hang tools and retrieve them. Really, I just use it for mops and brooms, but I can tell my husband is jealous, he wants one for his tools. I’ll have to go buy another.
Sturdy and secure
Would RecommendIncredibly sturdy and holds even heavy steamer and a stick vac. Easy to install and can easily be hung on either the back of a door, or a wall.

Would Not RecommendCheaply made, the screws broke. Had to add good wood screews and had to drill out hole for it, it is made out of cheap plastic.
