As example, among many confusing messages I received, Lowes reports that one piece of the same item I ordered is not available in stock, yet the same day prior I received message from FedEx that this particular shipment is scheduled for delivery tomorrow ... Would RecommendI’m building an outdoor chair from reclaimed redwood with plans from Fine Woodworking. The plan calls for 3/8 threaded rod. I chose to use1/2 inch. I expected to be able to purchase this item in 3 foot sections as I needed approximately 9 feet. I had to buy 12 feet. It performs as expected.

Would Not RecommendHave no idea if would recommend. Lowes delivered wrong product - instead of the rods I ordered and need right away to use, a very large box containing toilet paper was delivered!!!! Only Lowes - and they don't care. Contacted them and didn't even get we're sorry for this. Told me I have to bring this big box of toilet paper to the store to get refund and buy the rods. Praying they have them in stock. Big inconvenience for me to do this
