Would RecommendWe live in an area where we have to deal with large deer population eating up all plants including "highly deer resistant" plants. Would RecommendThis 2X4 wire fence is an inexpensive way to secure your property against stray dogs or to keep your pets on your back yard. It's light, and it's not difficult to staple it accross a frame to make a gate. The wire does not stretch well so it can be hard to get it tight top and bottom especially if the fence line is on uneven ground. Good Quality and Size
Would Recommendbought this to enclose my garden to keep the deer out. I put it two sections high to make the fence 8' tall and it was great. It is a little bit of work to get it up high enough to do the top section, however, cutting it into the correct length made the job much simpler. I have the same wire around the perimeter of my back yard and it keeps the larger critters out and my dog in with no issues.

Would RecommendI have purchased several rolls of this wire for use to keep deer, rabbits and other creatures out of raised bed gardens and to support raspberries. It is a bit heavy at first but after removing a few feet it handles easier. It easily attaches to steel or wood posts and stays put.

Would Not RecommendMy Husband and I purchase this intending to install it ourselves. After talking to the Salesperson at Lowes we were pretty sure we could do this. Getting the all the support post into the ground and even took a couple of hours but was not a problem. Then we were ready to unroll the actual fencing. This was a night mare. Would RecommendI bought this to make cages around bushes and trees to protect them from the deer in my area. So far, it seems to work. I've had the cages up now for about a month and the deer seem to stay away, so far. Sometimes some of the welds broke along edges when setting up the cages but not enough to cause me a problem.
