Would RecommendHad a surgery and was issued this couch cane. The product did not last very long. I was pulling myself up off the couch using the Couch Cane as an assist and the bottom snapped rendering the product unusuable. .

Feeling much more confident with transfers

Would RecommendGot this for my 92 y.o. mom who has had some muscle loss and was having difficulty getting up out of her favorite chair. The couch cane was easy to put together, and seems to be a help for my mom to get out of her chair. The pouch with pockets for the remote control was a handy "extra". I think if the mfr. added a rubberized material to the handle/grip, it would be ideal.
