Gas Oven Not Heating Property
Would RecommendBought this to verify temp sensor replacement we had done, even though repair tech said this type was not reliable. Thought for $5 I’d give it a shot. Actual temp sensor replacement took 3 minutes (2 screws holding it, accessible from rear of oven). Tech heated oven to 350 and tested with his digital thermometer. When he left I went to Lowe’s for this one and it says 350 on the nose. A little hard to read with old eyes, but seems to be accurate.

Inexpensive oven thermometer
Would RecommendI bought this inexpensive oven thermometer (last one on the shelf) to help confirm as to whether or not my wall oven was correctly heating up. At this time, I still don't know if the oven temperature is correct as this thermometer read differently than the oven AND another oven thermometer that I tried.

Would Not RecommendSince I have a "convection" oven, I thought it would be good to see if the temperature I put the oven on, was a true read with the oven thermometer. However, this thermometer is hard to get to stay on the rack. Falls off to easy & it's annoying. I would not buy this again.
