Would RecommendThe seeds are good, just keep in mind the half of the bag weight is the coating, then coverage is kind of small. if your are seeding do not miss the starter fertilizer, the coating fades off as you water it.

Rye Grass seed
I planted this rye grass seed while it was cool weather (May 1st). All I did was till the ground, sprinkle the seeds by hand and then rake over it with a garden rake. It rained the next day. The seeds came up very thick in 4 days. They grew and covered the area. I mowed it yesterday (June 6th). It stopped the soil erosion.

Would Not RecommendAbsolutely the worst, used it in a small area. I did everything to prepare the area. Watered regularly, prepared soil, raked seed in, covered seed with peat moss. I have weeds instead of grass. Do not use this weed mix.
