While the product it self worked great, the customer service experience sucked. After waiting for fifteen minutes in the electronics isle for an "customer service associate". I finally went to the service desk. The gentleman who finally came to help me was from plumbing and was with another customer who knew was able to help me more the employee. But that is "typical" "customer service".

It was worth the $129.00 to see how impressed he was which made me happy and I believe helped me to pass the inspection for the new 200 amp service panel from the 100 amp I am currently on.
