What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the hole saw's exceptional cutting performance through tough materials like stainless steel, cast iron, and thick wood, with many highlighting its ability to maintain sharpness across multiple holes and deliver clean, precise cuts. The heavy-duty construction and rapid eject mechanism earn consistent commendation for durability and convenience. However, some users report carbide teeth splaying or pilot bits breaking under pressure, while a few note difficulty removing wood plugs. Despite these occasional issues, most customers consider it a reliable, high-performing tool that delivers strong value.

Would RecommendI used this hole saw so far to cut through 2x8 trailer flooring and found it very sharp and effective. The depth is good too - you can get through more than 1 1.5" thick board with room to spare. Not so easy to remove the wood plug from, but I've struggled with every hole saw I've owned in this respect.

Others are better
Did not hold up as well as other brands. Used for metal tube notching.
Cheap junk
Would Not RecommendOk, material being notched: 1 3/4 D.O.M .095 thickness. For the record myself and the fabrication company I work for both prefer to use the Lenox hole saws, typically 1 hole saw last 1-2 weeks. This junk wasn't even able to make it through 1 complete notch. Don't waist your money or time on the "spyder hole saw"
Keep looking
Would Not RecommendLasted for 2 cuts then teeth rounded off.
