Would Not RecommendSimilar to other reviews, this set seems to ratchet fine but then will not release. The mechanism seems to be bent from straight out of the packaging, leading to the prawl not being able to disengage in order to release the tension. Find another brand.
Avoid
Would Not RecommendPoorly made. Frame spreads too wide and ears on ratchets slip off of frame in release position. Spool will not release.

Wouldn’t release very easily
Would Not RecommendThe bracket that engages the sprocket to tighten the strap is too narrow. It slips sideways when attempting to release the strap and engages the teeth on one side of the sprocket, which essentially leaves the sprocket wheel engaged. I have to push on one side of the bracket when moving the handle to the release position to get it to remain completely clear of the sprocket.

Would Not RecommendStrapped down two boards and checked ut was soundly tied. Upon arrival found the handle lying in pieces, had ro cut strap to retrieve the load.
Use diagonal cutters to extract them from Plhell
Would RecommendEasy to use. But I only used them once as they went with the product we were tying down hence the 4 star.
