Would Not RecommendProduct is does not mix well. More sand than anything else, and it just sits on the bottom after mixing it. Components do not dissolve. So are left with bunch of sand like moisture on the bottom. Would not recommend. Use other product sold by Lowes

Decent product, some user error involved…
Would RecommendDefinitely recommend working quickly with this product as it sets quickly. Had 288 ft.² to level. Only able to mix 150 pounds at a time. The floor will need a lot of sanding to smooth out as there were quite a few spots that dried and did not level evenly. More a user error than a product error, but I would definitely recommend working as fast as possible to get as level of a surface as you can.
