i like very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got it a week ago ,and so far i really like it.it is working very good.i like it ,for being cordless.i have other shark vaccums,but they corded.i have been buying shark for a long time.

Doesn’t work if you have pets that shed a lot

Had it less than 2 years and the rubber gasket for the dust cup came off. Was already having problems with the dirt cup door not shutting right. Not sure if it’s worth the hassle to buy a different brand altogether, like Dyson, or apparently I have to buy an entire new dust cup part.

Love the features

My original vacuum did not auto empty, but the replacement works fine.

Doesnt last

I was stoked when i first got this as it seemed great. But it stopped working after maybe a month of use. It doesnt pick up anything now and just spits it all out. I checked for clogs and its clear. Very disappointing for the price I paid.

Lightweight suction

I had the older version and it was replaced with this newer model! I haven’t had it to long but so far it’s wonderful! I love the design of how lightweight it is and the power it has. I also love the auto clean out!!! The last version and this one has been my favorite vacuum ls I have owned and my Brother bought it for me as a gift ! So thanks to him and shark!!! #Iloveit

Head went bad in 3 months

Everything was going great, cleaned the head out and now it kicks on all the time by itself! We haven’t had this but 3 months! What a shame!

Sucks not in a good way

This vacuum is horrible. It clogs, it just moves hair around. I change filters and empty but it doesn’t work well at all. I have hard floors, no carpet. I have to sweep with a broom first into piles so it will pick up dirt and pet hair. I have a lab and a cat. I have a rug at my front door, and it basically has to be picked up and shaken outside. Pet hair just gets pushed around not picked up. It clogs at the bend where the brush head goes into vacuum. I had to buy a brush to clean it. Now it ...

Horrible Product

This vacuum is a complete disappointment. It won’t close properly after emptying because small pieces of metal get stuck in the magnetic flap. There’s also a weird internal compartment that fills with dirt but can’t be cleaned—completely useless design. To make matters worse, it randomly shuts off while vacuuming. Extremely frustrating and unreliable. Worst vacuum I’ve ever owned.

Sleek Vac

I have had this for 3 weeks and I am very pleased with its performance. I have a husky and an infant so there’s chaos in my house and this vac has the suction we need to keep our spaces clean for our little bub. I love that it’s easy to use, has its own empty bin and it charges itself without me remembering to press a button.

Lightweight

I’ve had this for about 10 months, does the job. Very light weight and I love it has the automatic change from flooring to carpet. I do wish it had some sort of rubber on the battery part for when you stand against a wall it won’t slip.

Unsatisfied

I’ve had this product for about 1 to 1/ 2 years. It is a great concept the self emptying canister however I have had lots of trouble with it closing properly after the emptying. If the tinesr but of metal gets stuck in the magnetic canister closure it doesn’t fully close and thus doesn’t vacuum effectively. I have to find supplies to fully clean the magnetic section to allow for proper closure. From the tiniest metal shavings to staples get stuck in here. There was an also a small compartmen...

Not happy

Had this vacuum a year now doing mostly hardwood and tile floors and the pistol grip handle the battery mounts broke off the housing rendering it useless

Need battery run more time.

Only problem with running time. As you read on specification saws 40Mins but only run near 26mins. All other things are better and good. Like design and look.

SHARk clean and empty cordless vacuum &auto empty

I’m so disappointed with this product. My daughter and son-in-law gave this vacuum as a Christmas gift. I have had this les than a month and it stop working. My daughter came over and took a good look at it to see if she could fix it it. We cleaned it, check the hoses etc nothing. It just stopped working.

Easy to use

Love this vacuum!!! It is light weight, easy to use and empty! Has good suction.

Alright I guess

I have had this vacuum since July and at first I was heck yeah no cord and empties itself just like my robot. Fast forward when I get it the 1st thing I noticed the attachments don't fit the holder which is very odd to me so you just let them hang out on the base or in a drawer.
