Usually when I mop I have to make sure I have throughly vacuumed my floor but now if there is a few things left behind I don’t have to worry because this mop takes care of wet and dry messes! In our house we have pets and this did clean up small particles like crumbs but had a hard time cleaning hair. It does state to not use the wet mode with vacuuming.
