Should just buy a swiffer…

Very confused as to why this is being advertised with the vacuums. It doesn’t vacuum at all. It doesn’t mop very well either. I’d compare it to a swiffer wet jet. Very unhappy.

does not have power to suck small stuff or big.

I had to empty the tiny canister multiple times for a 10 X 10 square foot room!

I finally tried this vacuum. It does not live up to the Shark name. It did not vacuum up the spray water as I had expected leaving the floor wet. Also a lot of static cling.

Basically a toy broom/mop

Not very satisfied with this. It charges, it turns on, and the roller spins. Great! But it doesn’t really pick up anything. It’s smaller than what I was expecting as well. I will see if I can return it, but if not…then I’m stuck with basically a toy broom/mop.

Very small collection bin

I thought it was self cleaning but you have to take it apart to clean. There are many parts that have to come out to clean. It does not stay charged for long

Disappointing

Okay so we originally ordered the HydroDuo. I thought I wanted to be able to control the amount of water that came out but honestly found that too difficult. Not only that but the HydroDuo (cordless) didn’t have enough power to get the job done which was very frustrating. Lastly, the dirty water tank on this is SUPER tiny…it was overflowing immediately when we tried to clean up some spilled milk leaving puddles all over and even more to clean up…SO frustrating. Tiny but mighty!

I had the hydrovac before and it died for some reason. It kept having issues sucking up water even though it was filled. It was a pain in the rear. I was undecided to get another one or try this one out, I ended up getting this one second time around. Glad I went with this! It's smaller than my hydrovac was, so it does take longer to do my floors, but Its worth it. I feel the hydrovac didn't clean as well, and as stated, has technical issues. Small but effective

Not what I expected

I bought this based on my experience with Shark in the past, but I don’t think this product lives up to your reputation. I like that it is lightweight and easy to assemble/disassemble, but I don’t like that the suction isn’t that good and the dirty water tank fills up very quickly. I think with better suction, and if there was an option to raise/lower the roller, it would be better. As it is, it doesn’t pick up enough and then it just puts the wet hair and debris back on the floor.

Not what I expected

I’m disappointed in this unit. I expected so much more from SHARK. Battery life is little to none, even after a complete charge. Extremely lightweight, you wonder if it’s getting the job done. I gave 3 stars because I’m pseudo trusting its dry vac capabilities but I haven’t tried that function yet since my home is completely hardwood floors.

Handy, functional wet/dry vac!

It works well on my hardwood floors. A little cumbersome to clean.

Not what it’s cracked up to be

This product did not meet my expectations. The cleaning performance is inadequate, and the battery life is extremely short. I regret not choosing an alternative option.

Cleans like advertised.

I have had my Hydro for about 2 weeks, so far I am on the fence. It does clean just like the video, however i had to empty and clean several times for a room 10 x 12. So if your buying to do large areas this is not the one, however if your spot cleaning it’s great, wish it was wider.

Amazing!

We have the majority of wood floor in our house, with lots of animals in and out. I love that it is a vacuum and hard wood cleaner in one! I highly recommend this product!

Underrated vacuum

This vacuum is underrated. Had my dishwasher leak water and I’m not going to lie the water chamber is small had to empty a bunch but better then using a mop and having to worry about drying it. Picks food with ease especially having twin 2 year old eating.

Not happy

I'm not happy with this. Hardly any side pick up. Have to go over and over an area. Then I still have to use another mop vac to finish the job. Lots of things to clean. Your other vac mop does a better job. I'm disappointed with this product.
