It does its job. The app is easy to setup and makes scheduling cleanings easy. You can also use from Alexa or Google home once connected. Cleaning the filter is easy, but it does bump around a lot with no detection

Good vacuum

I’ve been using the Shark ION Robot R750 and overall it’s a solid little vacuum. It picks up pet hair really well — honestly better than I expected — and keeps the floors looking clean without me having to think about it. The Tri-Brush system does a great job getting hair out of corners and along edges, which is a big win in a pet-friendly home. I will say it could be a bit better with navigation. Good but due for upgrade

The Shark ION has been a helpful little robo vac for quick daily cleanups. It picks up dust and crumbs well and is easy to use, but it definitely feels dated. The navigation is pretty basic, it misses edges sometimes, and the dust bin fills fast. It’s good for light maintenance, but I’m definitely due for an upgrade soon.

The best

We have had this vacuum for a few years and we love it. We have two dogs with lots of fur and it helps so much in between regular vacuuming. It is easy to maintain and you can use it on its own or via phone app. So many options.

The Shark ION Robot Vacuum is a solid mid-tier robot vacuum. It hits many of the fundamentals—good suction, easy setup, smart features—for the price. Works okay

I thought this worked well for a while, but it does easily get clogged up with hair, especially pet hair. It is also quite loud, you can’t run it at night while people are sleeping

Disappointed; lacks power and responsiveness. Considering return.

I’m feeling a bit let down by this product, and I typically love Shark products. It doesn’t respond to my phone commands, and although it does pick up hair from the floor, its suction power isn’t very strong. I wish I had researched more before making this purchase. If I had the option to return it, I would—and I’m still contemplating it.

This one is by far the best we’ve ever owned

It’s quiet and powerful. I have it set to run every day. I'm very impressed with this vacuum. It's able to sneak under beds and tight to reach places very well. Battery life seems great and no concerns there. This is a fantastic robot vacuum! It cleans very good.

Used to be great

I got this for Christmas a few years ago and loved it!! I had the app all set up and had a schedule. About a year later I realized it said “disconnected” on the app. I tried everything deleted the app, removed the robot and reconnected it, and nothing worked. I’m still having this problem two years later and it’s extremely frustrating. The vacuum itself still works but it’s not as convenient as it should be. I’ve seen a lot of people with this same issue, they should really get it figured out.

Nice, but old, needs few improvements !

It’s a nice robot. But!! The capacity is very small, after one - two uses (depends how clean is your house), you need to change and clean it almost after every use!! It cleans good, but not the best. It has to be charged all the time, because the battery goes fast. Sometimes it gets stuck. And it’s noisy, my husband doesn’t like it because the noise is bothering him. I live SHARK brand so much!! But I think I have to change this vacuum.

So Convenient

We have dogs and I feel like no matter how much I sweep or vacuum with a regular vacuum my floors constantly have hair on them. We also have kids to as most of you know as soon as you clean it’s almost immediately messy again which is frustrating. This vacuum is such a big help! I don’t know what I did without it. I can set it and let it do its thing. I still have to occasionally sweep but this helps me keep the floors clean in between my main sweeps. My dogs are still a little scared of it so I...

Great!

With this vacuum cleaner, there is no need to argue about convenience anymore. The compact design helps the machine go into small places to vacuum, so smart. However, homes with children should pay a little attention to avoid electric shock even if the chance is very small.

We got this at a great price during prime day. It seems to do a good job, goes in weird patterns but goes over the rugs just fine.

I love this thing

I love this thing so much. We got it for Christmas and it picks up so much dog hair considering we have a golden retriever.

I do like these

I do like these a ton more than the Roombas (I still have a Roomba on my top floor). But this takes care of pet hair like a boss and maps really well, albeit takes a few runs to really map well. I've had some minor issues with having to reset it with the dust bin a few times. You do realize how gross your carpets are when you clean things out. All in all, great purchase (and much more affordable than iRobot)

I couldn't live without

I couldn't live without this product! With 3 kids ranging from 13 mos to 13 yrs I'm a busy momma who barely has time to sweep the floors. It kind of does its own thing and gets confused sometimes but it picks up all the little bits of crumbs and cat hairs that the broom misses. It lasts long and I can voice control it with my Alexa. My sister has one

My sister has one of these, they’re great at getting dust up or small particles! I don’t know of any improvements as she says. I’d love to try one of these! She said, they’re somewhat affordable, but worth it! I will recommend this product to others

I was a bit

I was a bit skeptical at first, but upon trying this Shark Robot Vacuum, I am amazed at how much of a help this has been. With four children and a puppy, I find it so hard to tackle some everyday tasks. This has made life easier! Our homes main floor living is about 2,000 square feet and 98% of the flooring is hardwood, our kitchen and bath have snap vinyl. We also have a few area rugs. Ok I have this

Ok I have this and absolutely love it on hard wood, tile, or laminate! As for carpet goes I would go with a NO! I have a dog and it doesn’t vacuum all the dog hair up on carpet!
