Worth the price tag, smaller than expected

Going on a month with it, and its a powerful vacuum. I was expecting it to be a lot bigger when we initially got it, so given how much power it has some power to it. The auto empty base, alone, makes it worth it, love not having to deconstruct the entire vacuum just to have the cannister be directly over the can like I did with my previous battery powered Skark vacuum. Poor Battery Life

We have this for about 3 weeks. Works great except the battery life is a little disappointing. I should last longer.

Horrible battery life

The battery is horrible. I average 11 minutes of vacuum time. Hardly worth the hefty price tag. I’m not sure why this vacuum doesn’t come with a standard 2 extra batteries. I’d at least get to half the advertised time. Who at Shark thought this was ready for production?

Pretty good

I’ve owned for 1 week. Seems to work well on wood floor and low pile rugs. I do have a thicker carpet throughout my house. Sometimes the roller sounds like it’s shutting down when I go over areas. I stop and then it resumes power. The auto empty canister works great! I do notice all the debris clusters around the filter and not in the canister as a whole. Not sure what’s happening there. Easy to use and lightweight!

It is simple to empty once it gets full too. I like that I can disconnect from the full vacuum to turn it into a handheld as well. I like the 3 modes it has. As someone with 2 cats, the turbo node is super helpful in getting the fur up. I am in LOVE with this vacuum!

Great vacuum overall!

I bought this almost 3 weeks ago now & I absolutely love it. The suction is really powerful and does actually adjust when you’re on carpet vs tile/wood. I’m loooooving the auto clean feature when you plug it into its base & I really love that it has a base and charges while it’s on the base. It’s very easy to use, the instructions were very clear. I love Shark Products, Not this one…

Bought this product less than a month ago and I have to say while I normally love shark products, this vacuum is not worth it in my opinion. First, the battery never seems to be a full charge. I use the vacuum for 5 minutes and the vacuum shows it’s down to 2. The vacuum is hard to push on carpet and I feel like I’m working out when vacuuming. Lastly, the vacuum feels cheap. Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum for free from Influenster and Shark in exchange for my honest review. This vacuum is very easy to set up. Big plus is cordless and lightweight. It’s very easy to use , it works great on the floor and carpet. The noise it’s minimal, for vacuum it’s very quiet. The suction is great and the hairs don’t wrap around the brush. The self cleaning dock is big plus. Highly recommended!

Very convenient

Poor battery life- wouldn’t recommend

I received this product last week. Initially I was excited because of all the raving reviews. Well, after a week of using it, I hate it. It takes forever to charge and the battery dies pretty quickly. 10-15 mins. I live in a 2000 square feet home, so it’s pretty annoying being able to only vacuum a 1/3 of my house at a time. Nothing is perfect.

I love everything about this vacuum EXCEPT the battery life. To advertise it as “up to 60 min run time” with the disclaimer that it must be in eco mode and using the hand held feature is simply criminal. For one, no one is going to vacuum their entire house in handheld mode. Two, we don’t care what the maximum battery life is if requires sacrificing quality of performance to achieve. The best vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner is a MAJOR upgrade for me! I hadn’t gotten a new vacuum in almost a decade so this was like going from a horse and buggy to a Lambo. The best feature is the auto detect feature if you have different surface types like me. The eco feature works great for longer jobs and the turbo boost for the heavy duty stuff. The self empty into a removable container is amazing. 10/10 for me on this one!
