Terrible for people that have pets and long hair

It’s great for a quick vacuum on hardwood/tile etc. For carpets/area rugs this is a NO! It does not pick up any type of hair dog or long hair instead it clumps it into a pile. The bagless compartment is small you have to constantly empty it. If you have too much debris then it doesn’t self empty you have to do it manually which isn’t a big issue. Battery life for this product is short but then takes forever to charge back up. Would recommend doing research prior to buying this vacuum.

Disappointed in product

I’m actually pretty disappointed with this product. It gets clogged up really easily. Have gone to just using it for easy cleanup.

Bad suction

Did not have the suction I was hoping for. Nothing like my shark upright vertex or stratos. I have dogs with fine hair and it just pushed the hair around.

Not good

Bought the vacuum about two months ago worked fine for the first couple times but now it doesn’t charge it won’t hold and charge it won’t self clean anymore I can’t even use it anymore

Terrible do not buy

I have had this for 2 months and I hate it. It is the worst vacuum I have ever bought. Constantly goes to plugged. Can’t vacuum more than a couple passes. My house isn’t dirty this this is just that bad. I have owned a few sharks and this will be my last. I would give no stars if it let me

Easy to use

I use this everyday in between the big weekly cleanings. It is effortless! I have double coated pets and this is a game changer.

Love his vacuum

Love the vacuum but with my dogs tracking everything In the house I needed a second battery. The second battery with its charger is great. Not a bit sorry I bought both.

So disappointed..

This was the only thing that I asked for during Christmas. I was SO excited when I received it as a gift from my in-laws. Disappointed

Not impressed with this vacuum at all. I wished I would have returned it in the allowed time frame. But, we were in the process of selling one house and moving into another. Time got away from me and I didn’t use it much during that time to keep reminding me. I have several Shark/Ninja products and this vacuum is the ONLY one I have ever had problems with. Disappointed

Had 10 days and charge.doesnt last longer than 15 minutes and clogs easily even when the floor is clean. Cheaper to just sweep.

Nice feature of self emptying function

I love the self emptying function! The vacuum itself does not have the suction I am accustomed to for a product at this price point. Even at the boost level I have to go over areas several times on hard floors. It’s great for quick pickup but not for your main vacuum.

Terrible battery life

I had this vacuum for less than a year and the battery already died. It’s not worth the price at all!

Auto Empty Doesn’t Work!!

I’ve had this thing for almost a year now and have to deal with emptying it myself because the auto empty feature doesn’t work. COMPLETE waste of my money and i wish i had returned it or never bought it in the first place. don’t waste your time, get a better vacuum.

I love how it works on my stairs

I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far it works great. There are a lot of filters that need up keep, but as long as it keeps performing well, I don't mind. My box says Shark detect, but I think it was supposed to be the detect pro.

I’ve owned this vacuum for about a year now and would not recommend. It worked excellent at first but now, not as great. Battery dies quickly, there’s a flap that after vacuuming stays open and dirt comes out of it, and it just doesn’t pick up as well as it used to. Yes, I routinely clean the filters and rollers.

Adequate for those "little" clean-up jobs. But if you're looking for deep cleaning, don't count on this. We bought this because the hose on my corded shark (that I LOVE) got a hole in it and my husband wanted a cordless one. The attachments are useless.
