poor design

I had this trim head for less then one season. Installation was very easy, but the product is of poor quality. The bump knob stripped out and now spins easily, and cant engage the spool. Frustrating waste of time and money.

If it looks like a return dont buy it

The package looked like it had been returned but it was the only one there. Once opening I could tell it had been, spring was missing and the screw head was knarled. Unfortunately i had already tossed package.

Must buy for any old trimmer type - saves time on

Easy to load with reliable bump feed - have used with .095 and .080 line sizes on several tools. Trick is how to attach to various trimmer types - would help if this was documented but most will figure it out.

Doesn't really work

I bought this as a replacement for another brand that didn't work well at all. Well, this one doesn't work either. The line is hard to feed through the spool to begin with, then the winding knob is hard to turn to get the wire loaded onto the spool. Finally, it will only let me bump a few times before suddenly the line breaks where it comes out of the head and I have to struggle for several minutes to remove it all, rethread it, and retwist it all back. I don't know why companies cannot produce...

Fit like a glove on my Craftsman gas trimmer

As the title says it fit like a glove on my craftsman 34cc 4-stroke gas trimmer. The #2 female adapter did the trick and initial string load was not too tough. I have arthritic hands and had a hard time gripping the spool bumper to turn it. I used a large adjustable wrench *gently* with a rag to keep from marring the plastic parts for the turning duties. once I replace the carb on the trimmer I will be ready to wack some weeds with attitude :)

Junk. It didn’t load or feed line as it should have.

Not Husqvarna compatible, waste of time and money

Bought the product at the recommendation of sales associate. The instructions were vague and poorly written. Ended up going online to watch videos to assemble on my husqvarna. Several videos available.Once installed, the head didn't spin.No configuration would work with Husqvarna. Don't waste your time and money buying for a Husqvarna.
