Work fine for small jobs. Talk grass will causes wrap around jams. Head will heat up an melt. This is third one I have purchased. Previous two melted. Probably won't buy another.

Sadly the product did not work with my weakwaker. Will be returning the product.

Needed to remove big clumps of pampas grass with a small trimmer. This head surpassed all expectations.

LOVE IT!!!!

I searched online and read several reviews. This item seemed to be the best reviews that I had seen So, I decided to give it a try. I am very impressed with the head and blades. We moved into a place that had weeds that were about 4 feet tall and some rather thick but the blades cut right through them. This is a must try.

You're going to love it

I brought one 5 years ago, finally worn out so I got another. Easy to install ,blade are easy to replace, last longer than the line. And it cut more grass.

Absolute garbage.

Tried on a strait shaft Echo trimmer and the head would fly off as soon as you got into anything bigger than grass. I actually would take this back if I could find the missing parts in the tall grass.

How did I live without this?

I have always hated weedwacking but I love using this! There is a learning curve. Keeping the head level is the key!

Review of Shakespeare 3 blade head.

I needed a heavy duty cutter head, my string cutter could not cut the black berry vines! The adapter, and install kit was easy to figure, and install on my feather lite weed eater. Cut everything I wanted! I hit a few roots on the trees, but the feather lite, just bogged down, so no damage. I recommend this adapter, if you need to swap back to the string, it only takes a few minutes. Great bargain! Thanks Lowes.

this is a piece of junk do not waste time or money I literally got 3 feet in grass and lost all 3 blades changed blades and got 4 feet and lost 2 blades do NOT hit anything harder than soft grass or it destroys blades do they ever test these things????

Not worth it

I thought at first that I was being to hard on this attachment, but no. Thinking about where I use a string trimmer, places where a mower can't get, such as near a retaining wall, a fence, stumps or trees. This is useless. The blades can't handle any impact with a hard surface, they tend to break off into small sharp flying projectiles.

I don't have to fight with loading string. Works well around our pond. Don't use along the sidewalk, wore the blades down.

Stihl weedeater

I have a Shihl curved shaft weed eater and this head was very easy to install and cut like butter thru all kinds of grass and brush. Excellence purchase.

Incompetent instructions, worked for 1 minute

Can't tell you how much I wanted this to work. It just doesn't. Instructions are so unclear they're meaningless. Pictures, in color even!, are included but they are so small you can't tell what's they're attempting to show. I eventually got it together, but it's impossible to know if it was correctly installed because the directions are unbelievably incompetent. The trimmer worked for one minute before the bolt fell out and the trimmer head fell off. I trimmed about 6 feet, which for a $12 devic...

Push-N-Load

I haven't used this one yet but I have used this product before and it sure beat repeatedly to reload the string.

Bushings worn out.

I bought my Murray trimmer 3 months ago and have used it maybe 6 times. After attaching this head and trimming my yard today I noticed a rattling noise coming from the head of the trimmer. After turning the trimmer off and inspected the head there was quite a bit of wobble. So now I have this awesome head and no trimmer. I give it two stars because it was awesome while it worked. But now I have to go buy a new trimmer and I am hesitant to install this on it.

tried it, forget it

Tired of constantly changing string so thought this would be a good longer-lasting alternative. No problem following instructions to remove existing head and installing this one. However, noticed that the weed eater's shield did little to protect me from the 3-blade head when it starts disintegrating: hit twice in face (wearing goggles and mask). the blades tend to dig into the grass/ground if unit is not held perfectly level (difficult). After using the weed eater with this new head to encircle...

If used for correct purposes, its great

It cuts thicker roots of vines, but be aware that if you are using this in a heavily covered area and cannot see rocks or fallen limbs, when this hit them, IT WILL STOP your trimmer. Im afraid to use it because of the fact that the engine on a brand new trimmer started sputtering after using this head. Went back to thicker string, and it actually worked just as well.
