What Customers Are Saying
The 4x4 treated posts are generally of good quality, with the wood being straight, solid, and suitable for outdoor projects. However, some customers received posts that were damp, cracked, or otherwise damaged, requiring them to sift through the available inventory to find the best pieces. Pricing was a mixed bag, with some finding the posts to be a good value and others feeling they were too expensive. Overall, the posts appear to be a reliable product when high-quality pieces can be obtained, though the variability in condition and pricing is a concern for some customers.

Lumber stores don't dry their wood anymore.
Would Not RecommendThe wood is always wet now. Every time I buy lumber at Lowe's now, it has tons of moisture still. You really have to buy the wood a week or two ahead of the project. And let it sit out on the sun and dry. Because the shrinkage is ridiculous if you don't. Also a lot of pieces from heavy cracks. I had to exchange 5 of the 12 4x4 boards. Because after a few days of sitting they developed huge cracks.
