This mattress is so nice. It's beautiful and it is so much thicker and taller than the last mattress we had. The firm mattress gives great support and the materials used are so plush and elegant. This is our first Serta and I'm very impressed.

Woodbriar II
I bought the Woodbriar II (205946)mattress set, manufacture on 01/14/17 with a warranty code of W9 a year ago. The mattress is already sagging . I would love to hear from a representative to explain why a mattress that is a year old and has a warranty of 10 years and not being used daily is having that problem.

I have had this mattress for quite a few years now and I am nothing but in love with it. It doesn't sag and yet is very comfortable to sleep on. It feels like it conforms to your shape. My husband likes a firm mattress and I wasn't so sure of that because I thought it would be uncomfortable but I am very surprised and happy with this mattress. We are soon buying another for our second bedroom. Definitely considering Serta!

Well built, and very comfortable. The mattress looks and feels like it will last a very long time.
We have not owned this product but a few days, but the two nights that we have slept on this mattress were wonderful and we woke up very refreshed. My wife has a bad back and this product seems to help support her back and help reduce some of the pain that she felt from our previous mattress.

My last mattress was an Englander and it was 18 years old. It was also a firm mattress and was great, but was past time to replace. My new Serta Perfect Sleeper Dortmund firm mattress has been great so far. Very comfortable, but I wouldn't mind if it was a little firmer. My right shoulder has stopped hurting when I sleep.
