The mattress is firm and our sleep has improved due to not having a sagging mattress. We had checked the mattress at the store but the one that we bought was not there so we ordered it online.

I really needed a mattress that I could enjoy and now I have one.
The only thing I don't like about it, is that it is really heavy and it takes muscle to move it. But now my back is much better and I get more sleep with my new mattress I don't mind one bit on how heavy it is. I will not give this mattress up to anyone.

Queen perfect sleeper firm
I love how this bed is both soft and firm at the same time. Slept wonderfully this past week. Eah plush nodule on the mattress forms to my back. Almost better than a foam mattress! Not noisy or squeaky at all either .

Just got the bed...
My wife prefers a FIRM mattress. We have slept on a pillow-top plush for the past 15 years. It has ran its course. This firm mattress seems to be much more supportive but still allows the comfort of a being slightly hugged by the bed, the feeling I had when we received the original mattress.

Great Firm Mattress!
I sleep so comfortably now. I sleep best on firm mattresses and this Perfect Sleeper Firm mattress fits me perfectly. I'm used to waking up with periodic lower back pain sleeping on my pillow top, so this firm mattress has helped to mitigate that. It's also compact and easy to move.
