Couldn't open, support line down
Would Not RecommendDoor was locked on delivery, not sure if that is normal. Factory code would always be accepted by the keypad, but no amount of force would get the handle to actually turn after green light shown. Had my wife and a friend try in case I was being an idiot. Sticker on door had a toll fee number but it just says "sorry an application error occurred goodbye" every time I try for over 24 hours. Had to go back.

Would RecommendAt first I was worried about the safe. But after talking with someone that deals with these safe. I was finally able to get the safe open. Now the safe program. I enjoy having it.
