Would RecommendProgramming it was easy following the instructions. The only issue I've experienced is occasionally the bolts don't retract after inputting the combo. I tried lightly puttign some WD-40 on the bolts dn thought that fixed the issue. But it still occasionaly will crop up. Doesn't keep me from usign the safe. I had another issue that Master Support helped me with. They were extremeyl responsive. I'd give this review a 4.5 if the support was added in.This a very good safe for a modest amount of mone...

Door lock is very hard to engage.
Would Not RecommendOverall this is a nice safe for the money. My only issue is the door is very hard to close. In order for us to close the door we have to stand the safe on it back and push down on the door to get the lock to engage.

Great for the price and easy to operate.
Just purchased and wanted it fire and waterproof. Thought it would have trays included. Sent email that it was dented on the side. Hoping this doesn't void the safe.
