Would RecommendThe 1st thing i did was put a new battery in the safe then i attempted to punch the default code but no lights or beeping. It turned out to be a bad battery, wierd. New battery and it worked fine.

Don't buy this product. Open one time when I set the new passcode. It wouldn't open again had to pry it open. It is junk.

Fireproof box that looks the part
Would RecommendLooks tough and hopefully fireproof should the need arise (hopefully never).Release handle is clunky, required strong hands to open. Would be nice if manufacturer provided anchor points to fix down. Although it's primary function is fire & flood protection, the lightest of pry bars would open it should your local burglar visit.

Would RecommendI do have one complaint. The foam/rubber seal had come off and safe door shut on it from factory. I worked with it and got it back on the best I could. It would be excellent if you could send another seal.
