A quarter of the bag seemed to have actual seed
Would Not Recommend25% good 75% bad we used the whole bag in our yard with the sprinklers and we have watered for couple hours at night and 1-2 in the morning and it still seems that we got a quarter of the grass we should have gotten to grow. We need it to really help grow our lawn to help with erosion on the hills and we seem to still have a wash out
