[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool Refrigerator, the only complaint if any is the ice try sticks when you open the bottom draw could just need to be leveled, but it’s nice to see what’s inside without opening the door and listening to the news in the morning

Fantastic features

We especially love the 2 different size ice cubes with the included scoop, the family hub command center and the beverage door. The designer refrigerator looks really sleek in our modern kitchen and we get quite a few questions about it. Love how quiet it runs.

Everyone in the house love to connect to the music app and put music while we cook or eat dinner at the table. We also love that we can check what we have inside while we shop. Overall isAMAZING

Looks Decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a year ago, all good in the initial days. After 6 months, I changed the filter, then started the problems. Freezer part not working properly, ICE maker stops working. Hard part is changing the filter, If the filter is not fixed properly then water leaks will be the cause for the problems. The screen always advises the use of certified filters from Samsung, even if we use certified filters. Apart from that, this looks good.

Modern features to maximize the contents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it after watching the presentation at CES earlier this year. We are very happy with it but for the smudge-proof feature which I had in our earlier refrigerator. I like the water and ice containers hidden behind the door and the overall capacity and “metal cooling” features of the fridge.

Great for a couple of months till it stopped

Loved it for 3 1/2 months, then it stopped cooling. Lost all our food in the freezer. I was able to return it, just had to pay to have someone haul it back.

EXPENSIVE FILTER AND RUNS OUT QUICKLY

I bought it a year ago, I'm very disappointed, the filter runs out very quickly in 1 year I had to buy 8 filters in total and on top of that filters are expensive.

Best thing is that I can do everything through my phone, I check what’s inside, control every zone independently. I can also play slideshow of our pictures and videos on the screen.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last fridge was a Samsung that was Wi-Fi connected but did nothing much other than tell me the door was open. This one with the family hub is amazing, I can see my google calendar, I can tell her to do all the amazing Wi-Fi stuff, add things to my Amazon cart and even use a white board. Side benefits are streaming music and videos.

great referigiator

Nice but fails to keep food properly cold

We purchased the refrigerator online just a week ago. The interior setup of the refrigerator is nice and the beverage center is convenient, HOWEVER, the refrigerator fails to do the one thing that is the most important thing for it to do -- it fails to keep the food and drinks cold! We turned the digital temperature control as low as it will go to 34 degrees but the refrig. temperature thermometer we put inside the unit shows it only cools to 41 - 42 degrees. Simple Tray Replacement - NOT So SIMPLE

This is a beautiful fridge however, the middle drawer (flex Zone) basket has broke and I am not able to find a parts number to order a new tray. The fridge if less then 2 years old and not sure what else is going to break.
