Good Induction unit for the price

We like this unit better than our old electric stove overall. Great price on sale. Love the bread proof setting. Burners heat crazy fast and glass top is way easier to maintain...doesn't scratch and food doesn't bake on. One of our only complaint is the stainless around the oven controls scratches very easily...visible scratches from fingernails.. You need magnetic cookware. This product run well but I never get their rebate

I bought this product in Sep. 2023. It run well until now and has helped us to reduce electrical consumption every month. The big problem is I never got the rebate although I already submitted the rebate form and got a confirmation letter from Lowes Rebate Center on 10 Sep. 2023. Please help me to understand your rebate process.

Love induction!!!!

Love how instant the temp control is with the stovetop! Love that the glass top doesn’t get very hot, just gets warm from the heat from the pits and pans, but spills don’t burn onto glass top and the top is easy the cleanup!

I love that it boils so fast and it is so easy to clean the stove top but the oven not so much I’m getting used to it and hopefully soon I’ll find something to clean it well. Also the buttons on the front are easy to press just by bumping, so I always keep it locked when I’m not using it but overall great buy

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this induction stove!!! After 6 months of use, my wife and I have found it pretty easy to clean and maintain. Haven't found it to scratch easily after daily use. We do love the timer notifications on our TV, after linking it to smartthings. Overall would buy again but probably the convection version this time.

Nice induction top, terrible stove

Stove is awful. Had this unit 3 weeks and have already had repair person out. They said it is operating as intended, but heat is just too erratic to do any reliable cooking.

What I don’t like is how easy it is to press the buttons as you are walking by or simply cleaning it. Also, the oven is really hard to keep clean.

Love this range ! Is so easy to set oven with smart control, just say Alexa preheat oven to what ever or Alexa turn on broiler to high even set timer with it! So easy

Oven has a terrible design

I've had this range for a little over 3 months with very mixed results. The stove induction top is great and heats very quickly. The oven on the other hand has very inconsistent temperature. Sometimes the items we put in there are way undercooked and sometimes they're charred. I reported this as an issue and a technician came to check in out. He set the preset to 350 and set a temp gauge in the oven to accurately track the temperature. The oven beeped when it quickly hit 350 and the gauge read 3...

Induction ranges are the best.

This product is an incredible piece of machinery. I highly recommend it. Do note induction machines require 50 volt electrical outlets and a specific electrical system capable of running this system. If you have that, this product rocks.

Very responsive

I received the range yesterday. I baked bread, the oven came up to temperature quickly and baked it appropriately within the lower range of the estimated time one recipe. The oven is large. I boiled water (1qt) it took less than 4 minutes. You could visibly see the difference in temperature when I adjusted the settings. I also cooked eggs. The pan slid when i was trying to flip them so that might be a slight issue. The stove is very responsive.
