Beware you have the correct cookware!!!

Cooks good I didn’t like that I had to buy new cookware because it doesn’t work on aluminum

Lacking Communication

I purchased a cord and paid for an install and haul away. None of that happened. They just dropped it off and left.

Heats quickly

So far I love it. Water for tea heats up so quickly! Love that it is more energy efficient. Great price.

Awful Service

Lowe’s customer service is awful. Delivered a defective unit. Swapped out one and didn’t bring a replacement so now we are out a replacement and can’t cook. Can’t get any straight answers and one customer service manager was absolutely awful. Just a shame!!!.

Samsung Induction

I wanted this for the induction cooktop and I'm so pleased! The induction is awesome! Oven works great also, but love induction cooking!

Lowe's false advertising on cookware rebate

The cookware rebate is not being processed properly. I received rejections for "non-compliance" three times and had to call for a manual approval. It's been more than a month since purchase, and I filed right away. Based on the other comments here, I may never receive the cookware. Very frustrating when that was a deciding factor on which induction stove for me. If not finally received in the 4-6 weeks just promised, I will be filing a complain with the MA AG.

Don't buy! Fire hazard

All you have to do is have your shirt brush against the front of the oven & it turns on. If someone or something as much as leans on the oven or brushes against it, burners or the oven come on. My dog brushed against it last Fri while I was at work & it turned a burner on and eventually led to a house fire! I lost thousands of dollars of belongings and can't even stay in my home until it is safe after Serv Pro cleans it. This is a true nightmare.

Great starting induction range

I received compensation for this review but the review is my own. I have been wanting to buy an induction range and this model is a good starting point. It has great features and price is reasonable. This purchase also comes with a free 6pc circulon set (but have not yet received it). It heats faster than my old electric range so that is already a plus. I will review again after a year of used. Hopefully, it holds up to its promise.

I am a fan of induction cooking but not this model

I purchased this induction range online and without going into the store. Therefore, all but one complaint is on me for not inspecting the range before purchasing it. (1). The eye/burners are 3 small ones and one huge one. The eye arrangements are poorly placed. Samsung design engineers failed in this attempt. (2). There is a soft rubber seal between the stovetop and control panel. It is soft, holds grease, cooking remnants, the edge is not permanently attached or designed to stay in place ...

Not loving this range

We had an induction stove prior to this purchase and I really like cooking on induction. We bought the Samsung to replace our other induction range. The Samsung functions too much like a true electric range. It's slow to boil water compared to our other induction, there isn't a lot of difference between the levels of cooking- I get a rapid boil at level 2, the same as I get at level 5. With induction the change in boiling should be INSTANT and when I change between levels, it takes several m...
