Poor Quality
Would Not RecommendI have had this dishwasher 1 1/2 years and already there is a crack in the top of the door and it is starting to separate. It is only me here and I use this only a few times a week when hosting dinners for guests so I wouldnt expect to see this already. It is very poor quality.

only lasted 26 months or 520 wash cycles total
26 months after purchasing this dishwasher, it started leaking. The good part is that the leak detector was spot on and stopped the washer so that there was not a flood. I live alone with dishes only for one person. I used this dishwasher on average 20 cycles a month (so it lasted approx. 520 cycles total before it started leaking - which is not very heavy use in my opinion). It dries very well, it washes very well including the storm wash, and the 3rd rack is great. It is extremely quiet. ...

Terrible Quality
Would Not RecommendMore Samsung trash that i'm spreading the word about. Pictures are dish racks after 18 months of ownership. Samsung has been nothing but unhelpful with issues even during their warranty period. Our extended warranty company refunded us because of the non-stop issues we've been having and the amount of service calls we've had to make. Buyer beware!

Great dishwasher with a minor issue
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great very quiet dishwasher. The only issue we have: the door side panel cracked without any reason and Samsung refused to change the part saying it's not covered by our warranty. It's very sad. Our next dishwasher won't be Samsung

Great Dishwasher!
Would RecommendMy original Samsung that came in my new home from 2019 had a pump go out, so I went ahead and bought this dishwasher due to the fact that repairing my old one was over half the cost of a new one. This thing is powerful, sleek, and extremely quiet. I can't hear it run unless I get off the couch and walk in the kitchen and stand next to it. I love the fact that it's compatible with SmartThings and can be synced to the app.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes well with practically no noise. Not fond of top rack, as I would rather have more height for bottom rack. Dislike that door has to be pushed to lay flat, especially when I have both hands full of dishes.

Beautiful, efficient, quiet, cleansing great.
Would RecommendReally happy with the features and awesome cleaning power. Very energy efficient even in the 60 min cycle gets dishes very clean. Use this cycle daily for our 2 person household. My only complaint is that the door stays wide open in the drying position. I wish it could just be unlatched but mostly closed for when not in use. If you close it all the way it gets musty. Just looks bad, Samsung please come up with a fix for this.
