Quiet Running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It runs very quietly. Dishes are cleaned nicely. The interior design for plates and other dishware is not great. The space is small. It is not organized in a way to easily fit dishes. The need to completely lower the door in order to pull the bottom rack out is annoying and adds another un-needed step when you're trying to quickly load the dishwasher.

Low noise; elegant design

Very happy; great features and function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Samsung dishwasher and we are very pleased. We have had it several months and it has exceeded our expectations as far as function and ease of use; we really like the settings that allow you to do a quick wash or more heavy duty. It took a while to get used to but we also like the rack arrangements. The "Express 60" setting is great; use often, saves water, time, etc; always clean dishes.

Great When it Works / WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Samsung Bespoke was part of a kitchen reno in the fall of 2023. First off, the pros, it looks fantastic, functions well, cleans excellent, and is quiet. That honeymoon lasted but a few months. The dishwasher stopped working. It needed a new control board. It was under warranty by Samsung. Btw all the horror stories you hear about Samsung's in house service is true. Awful Product Quality / Horrible Customer Service

Terrible quality product. The door doesn't even stay open - it automatically closes partially, making loading the bottom rack IMPOSSIBLE. Do not buy Samsung appliances. They are cheap crap. Buy something with better quality from someone else, who actually stands behind their product.

Amazing Dishwasher

This product is QUIET! We have an open concept living arrangement and the prior dishwasher was so loud. You couldn’t view the tv in the great room while running the dishwasher at the same time. This Samsung dishwasher is quiet and does a great job cleaning and sanitizing my dishes.

Sleek Design and super quiet

whisper quiet

With only two days' use, there isn't a lot to say. It's a good-looking machine, so quiet that you can't really hear it if there's any background noise. The third rack silverware tray is slow to load, but it holds more silverware than an average family could use in a day, and it feels like it adds capacity even with the basket for larger utensils in the bottom rack. The one detractor I experienced was the "Installation pre-test." I installed the unit, then ran the pre-test. The test failed either...

Quiet- but that’s it

I’m shocked to see so many good reviews on this dishwasher. Dishes seemed dirty even after pre-washing. Everything came out of the dishwasher soaking wet and even with constant cleaning and rewashing there was always a musty smell. Honestly I felt worried this was poisoning my family with toxic mold. After two years of being unhappy I purchased a Whirlpool.

Be Cautious, unreliable and low quality

Along with the Gas range, the dishwasher broke twice within a year of purchase. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and replaced it despite having Care Plus warranty service. I don't find it reliable. I would not recommend a Samsung appliance to anyone. Samsung is not a reliable appliance company for American families. Please do your research and choose another manufacturer, American if possible.
