It was good until it wasn't...

OMG, this appliance is horrible! It came from the factory with a sealant issue that went unnoticed for a year and ruined my hardwood floors. Seven months later, Samsung says it's unfixable. I'm glad I got the warranty!! The water jets are on the sides of the machine and cause major leaking issues.

It was great until it wasn't!

It was great, until it wasn't! I noticed my new wood floor buckling. Weird! Water coming out the unsealed jet in the upper side panel. Why? My disabled self, in a family of 5, have been without a dishwasher since Aug. It's now Jan! Thankfully I got the 5 year warranty. (get the warranty)

Failed after only two weeks

Second failed Samsung dishwasher. First lasted three years. Second one lasted two weeks. JUNK! It had a weird smell whenever it was in operation. Kind of smelled like the inside of Harbor Freight…

Really good dishwasher

It is significantly quieter than my previous one- it is hardly able to be heard operating as you stand in the same room with it. The top rack is adjustable and easily moved up and down, even with dishes on it. The Storm was setting is a bit overrated, but still testing it out. The app with any dishwasher is also overrated as that you still have to load, etc. It is mainly good for monitoring it than anything....

Great product

It took off the dried on food that had failed to wash off on the old dishwasher on several cycles and went through multiple dry cycles. It is large with plenty of space on all three racks. I love thale design and how it is able to accommodate all my dishes. I also love that I can get updates on my phone! The tech is fun!

Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not buy this dishwasher again. Is not consistent with how it washes. Especially the glass rack. Just don't feel they look clean. Foggy and food still left on. I have tried different ways and even had a workman come out. Because it runs, and even though it doesn't clean well, they will not replace. Stuck with it.

it is the most silent dishwasher but after 3 of them replaced in 3 years. I'm done. Never another Samsung dishwasher again

Doesn't live up to Samsung quality

If you are looking for a dishwasher that is super quiet, then you've found it. If you are looking for something that will hold your dishes, this isn't it. The top rack is adjustable, but to fit a pint glass, you have to lower it. There are only two settings. When you lower the top rack, standard plates don't fit on the bottom. If there were a mid-level setting for the upper rack, all would be perfect. Unfortunately, there isn't. Also, the door does not open flat. I don't have a clue why Samsung...

Not as nice as I expected

The door doesn’t open all the way and the inside racks seem cheap and light. I paid a lot for this dishwasher and I’m guessing it’s mostly because of the brand andcolor. Having said that it ran very quietly and the dishes came out very clean. Hopefully it lasts a long while. My experience with the installation was not up to par. The technician (Will) seemed in a huge hurry and didn’t tell me that the door wouldn’t open all the way. I tried to run out to catch him before he left, but he was alre...

Whisper Quiet! A definite upgrade
