Fantastic Washer

Died after 1 year - Throwing it in the trash

I've owned almost every brand dishwasher in the past 5 years across multiple properties. This by far is the worst I've owned. I'm not buying anymore Samsung products after this. I've had issues with the dishwasher, fridge and oven all during the same ownership period. How is that even possible? -Died after 1 year of use -Smell is impossible to get rid of -Doesn't clean that well -Dishes smell like last weeks food -Scratches easily

Breaks A LOT. I used to love Samsung products, all of our appliances are Samsung. This dishwasher is disappointing to say the least. We’ve had nothing but issue after issue after issue. Within the first year we replaced so many different parts. The design is horrible, and so is the quality. The spinners fall off because they’re only held on by a small rubber washer and the washer stretches, and need to replace it, the channeling inside to send the water to the spinners warps and comes off and...

Quiet and works great

The StormWash+ handles tough, dirty dishes well, and the Smart Dry does a good job. It’s reliable and works just as well as when we first got it. We definitely recommend it.

Happy with the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is super quiet, but it does take longer than your older one that broke. The quality is really good, plates end up very clean, strom feature adds some pressure to clean old stuff and it somehow washes away the chemical smell when using any wash pads. All thee trays are useful with everything covered. The drying feature tends to work well.

Super quiet, dishes get clean and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be happier. Dishwasher is almost silent, and dishes come out clean, dry, and streak free. Not completely sold on the adjustable height for the middle rack - seems like if lowered to accommodate wine glasses it is too low for large plates in the bottom, but the flexibility is nice. I liked the Bosch I had previously, but drying was an issue for that one.

My previous competitor model took over 3 hours to clean and the motor broke down after 4 years. The drying function is also very efficient. The door opens automatically to remove moisture.

Good dishwasher with a couple of quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall a decent dishwasher, does the job well and I like that it opens automatically to air out after its done. a couple of things that could be improved: 1) lower rack space is poorly organized - too much oen space, no enough stands; 2) there is no feedback when you press "start" which is annoying - hard to tell if you pushed it or not.
