Great product!

This dishwasher is so spacious. I fit twice what I did in my last one. It also runs very quietly. The extra 3rd row is amazing for silverware are cooking utensils - definitely my favorite feature.

Great crew!

Crew got out of truck, shook my hand and set the tone for a professional, fast, and quality delivery. They offered to place the dishwasher in the kitchen and did it carefully. These two gentlemen showed up at the prescribed time, acted professionally and friendly, a rarity in this day and age!

Smart 42dBA Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet! Dishwasher has multiple settings to manage most dish cleaning situations. Good coverage to all areas of the racks. Third rack is especially useful so cooking utensils do not consume valuable dish/glass rack space.

Love this dishwasher!

It’s super quiet (you can barely tell it’s running) and it cleans really well—even tough, stuck-on dishes with the StormWash+ feature. The Smart Dry + AutoRelease door works great, so dishes come out noticeably drier than our old unit. I also really like the third rack for extra space and the black stainless finish looks premium in the kitchen. Overall, excellent performance, very quiet, and worth it.

Great dishwasher at cleaning small items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works great! Clean aesthetic. If I use a cheaper end soap and quick clean sometimes some dishes are not fully clean. I really like the tray at the top for cleaning small parts for baby Bottles and pump parts. Very quiet and really enjoy the connection with the Samsung app.

Samsung Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall structure of the dishwasher makes it smaller, and we were not able to fit as many dishes which we able to with our KitchenAid dishwasher. Also, the dishes are not coming as clean as they should and we have seen with my previous dishwasher. We are using the same soap. Noise is very good and it is quite compared to my old one. Overall, a decent dishwasher.

Great features, awful door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works great but the door doesn’t open completely or lay flat when loading. This makes it awkward to get dishes on the bottom rack into and out of the dishwasher. We had a service person in to check it out and he told us that was normal. No it isn’t. We’ve had many dishwashers including other Samsungs and this has never happened. I wouldn’t recommend it if this is ‘normal’ for this brand.

Everything you want your dishwasher to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dishwasher. It runs quietly, the ability to synch to your phone is great, and cleans the dishes thoroughly. The drying feature is nice too...no more opening up the dishwasher and all the pooled water dumps out. Everything you want your dishwasher to be!
