Now the soap dispenser has failed again, and I paid $120 just to have a technician come out, plus another $240 for parts and labor. To fix the exact same problem, I ended up paying more than half of what the machine originally cost. I at least expected the $120 service call to be credited toward the repair, but it wasn’t. It seems they added an extra row just for marketing purposes, which makes it difficult to fit normal-sized plates and cookware.
